- Site visit. We survey the property: frontage, setbacks, existing signs, power, and sight lines.
- Research. We research local code requirements and signage allowances for your location.
- Design to code. Preliminary designs are created around what’s allowed — where creativity meets compliance.
- Paperwork. Site plan, production designs, and required paperwork are completed to submit permits, generally within one week of receiving your deposit.
- Revisions. If permitting requires changes, they’re approved by you before we proceed.
- Release to production. Once permits are received, your project moves into our shop.
